Nether Rothiemoon’s front door opens into a large utility room. The underfoot heating which runs throughout the main floor of the house ensures that outdoor shoes and clothing stored here dry off swiftly.

The main living and dining area are open plan, with a well-equipped kitchen off to one side, with oak sliding doors which can shut off this area when the cooking bit of the day is over. A corridor leads to the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms – one with a king-size bed, and one with a super king which can be split into two singles - and a family bathroom.

Outside, the house has extensive decking and a garden which is designed to be very simple to attract wildlife. The large shed can be used by guests to store bikes or winter snowsport equipment.

Lots of storage space for outdoor footwear and clothing, washing machine, a walk-in cupboard with the freezer, re-cycling boxes and cleaning equipment. Beyond this room, please only wear indoor shoes or slippers.

Table and chairs for 8 people. A range of comfortable sofas and chairs, television (simple Freeview only) and soundbox. The focal point of this area is the log burning stove, for which logs (and instructions!) are supplied. The bookshelves and trunk have a range of games and books, including lots of information about the local area.

King size bed, large fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Double bed, small fitted wardrobe.

Spacious walk-in shower. Suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
